![]() I finally clicked through the Congrats and then unlocked A Long Walk (100% on a map). I kept refreshing Xbox app, but everything still showed 0%. Upon completing my first map, I didn't leave the congrats screen for awhile, hoping that Stroll in the Park would unlock and A Long Excursion would go to 1/12. But I strongly suggest waiting until your second map to experiment. That is, some of them show percentage completion in the Xbox app. It may work on Wordament (Mobile), since the achievements use the X1/Win 10 system. Edit: Oops, I didn't realize that editing would put the Comment at the end. More details in this post: "Stroll in the Park" not unlocking Anyway, I think that if I had revisited the first Congratulations screen without Stroll in the Park already unlocked, then I would have also glitched out that achievement at 2/1. A Long Walk may be permanently glitched for me. ![]() ![]() I see 0% in the Xbox app, but I'm guessing it really is 300% now. I just 100%-ed another map and now the in-game system says 3/1. Even wiping out all data left me at 2/1, so I think the achievement system thought I was at 200%. After rebooting, Stroll in the Park was unlocked and A Year Long Excursion was 1/12. Still no unlock and 0/12 on A Year Long Excursion. I killed the program during the "Congrats, 100%" screen, then went back in. Instead of doing this trick, I went on to 100% the map. Upon finishing my first map, nothing unlocked. However, I warn others not to do this trick if Stroll in the Park does not unlock first. Worked for me also, in the manner JBS said. I just wanted to outline a method that still works on Dec 31st, 2017. A previous solution required you to click to open the final gate each time, DropDeadArtemus provided a solution for a case in a version of the game where the stat screen doesn't appear, and in the future there may be a different way, or this may be patched altogether and you'll have to do it the long way. In case you're wondering why I've bothered to repeat information that's already in the solution, it's because the trick to unlock this achievement changes in different versions. Just to be on the safe side I'd let the banner animation play out fully before closing the game down, and also wait a few seconds after restarting the game each time, to ensure you're fully signed into Xbox live and your achievements are being tracked, before clicking the game mode tile. Upon restarting the game and clicking on the tile for whichever game mode map you'd just completed you should be presented with the banner again, which will count as another completion. Just close the game down using the X in the top right corner. Do not click on either of these options, or anything else within the game. Version is currently 3.0 Basically, after you open the final gate and open the big chest at the end you get the congratulations banner that counts up your stars add gives you a more maps / continue earning stars choice. I can confirm that this is still working on this final day of 2017, as outlined in paragraph 4 of the solution above. I kept doing that until the achievement popped" I got to the complete screen in crossword, opened the xbox app on my pc to see the percentage go up, closed the game, re-opened the game, went to the crossword section, THERE WAS NO STAT SCREEN, but I refreshed the xbox app and my percentage went up. If this doesn't work for you try the following, credits to DropDeadArtemus "I was just able to unlock this on the most recent version. So keep this mind if you want them quickly. There are also reports of progress counting twice when finishing and perfecting the map. Also, you can complete older maps if its month arrives to the end. Especially on crosswords, you can just keep hitting the hint button until it completes by itself. In order to complete the maps, just play them (most of them are easy), use online solvers or abuse the hint system. ![]() You will have to complete 12 different maps. If one day it gets patched, or you simply want to do it the hard way. Also, after restarting the game (fully closing the app and reopen), the animation will indicate another map completion, without the need of reopening the gate. After the game indicates that the maps was completed, don't press any of the options. You only need to complete (get to the final gate) in one game mode. As confirmed by lots os people in the comments, the glitch still works in version 3.0, but slightly different. I did all three April's maps and when I completed the third one (wordament), every time I closed the game and returned to it, it gave me the option to open the final gate again. It seems there is currently a loophole bug that allows you to complete the same map over and over. *** Spoiler - click to reveal *** If you have the initial version of the game pre-Version 1.0, you can use the following trick to speed up this achievement. ![]()
